Leadership

Brad Saab

Lead Pastor

Brad has done some stuff that humans seem to think is important like get some degrees from Bible school and survive over 15 years of full-time vocational ministry experience as a worship leader, youth pastor, teaching pastor, lead pastor, and church-planter. But when it comes to serving in church ministry, the only thing he really has going for him is a steadfast trust that God can do great things with our unconditional surrender and trust.

He’s been married to one Margaret Jean since May of 2010. Brad convinced Margaret that he was a great catch while she was his youth ministry intern at Team Church in Matthews, NC (One Missoula's sending church). They have four children - Arden (7), CJ (6), Knox (4), and James (2). Brad and Margaret used to be interesting and have hobbies like snowboarding, mountain-biking, and playing music, but then they had children and started a church, which ended any semblance of the laughable notion of “me time".

Margaret Saab

Kid's Ministry Director

With a passion to reach children in their most formative years of life, Margaret labors to reach children right where they are in their current age and life stage and lead them to full devotion in Christ. Margaret's passion for discipling the next generation to love God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength and for equipping them to know how to defend their faith is the backbone of our ONEKids ministry. Her desire is that every child will be able to look at Scripture as a unified message of many stories telling one big story that gives hope in our darkest despair and meaning in our greatest challenges.

While she is seeking to create a gospel-filled, engaging environment on Sunday mornings, Margaret knows that the greatest kid's ministry is in the home. She has a passion for equipping all parents, from the overwhelmed stay at home mom to the overworked single dad, to know how to disciple their kids in the everyday stuff of life. From book recommendations, blogs, videos, and take-home letters, Margaret seeks to partner with parents to grow right alongside their children.

Not only is she interested in seeing the lives of children in Missoula changed for the sake of the gospel, but she is personally invested in creating that here at One Missoula Church because her own children are also directly impacted by this ministry. When she's not hanging out her own four kids, taking care of mommies and parents-to-be at the hospital, or going on romantic dates with the lead pastor, Margaret can be found wearing superhero capes, playing memory verse games, and helping kids experience genuine fellowship and love found in ONEKids at One Missoula Church.
